No Joke Childcare Refund Policy

At No Joke Childcare, it is our mission to satisfy all of our members, and we go above and beyond to over-deliver. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our services, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding a refund. In 99% of the cases, we will award you a full refund for the service and any unpaid platforms that we have yet to utilize that month. In very rare cases we do reserve the right to reject any refund request as it pertains to our services.

For all services, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the level of expertise provided, again do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. For ending services we will require an exit interview to occur prior to any refunds being issued. If a refund is found to be in order, all services that haven’t been used will be available for a refund. Please note that if any of the services or tools have been used, you are not eligible for a full refund.

Should you decide to discontinue our services you will be charged a 25% administrative/project management fee. The 25% administrative/project setup fee only applies to the most recent payment made.. Please note all payments made and services/tools used are considered to be fulfilled as a result of you moving from one email or call with your Account Manager to the next.

If for any reason you abandon the online courses or one on one coaching services for more than 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. We work unbelievably hard to keep up clear and transparent communications, and we would like to ask that you do the same, if at any point you are not 100% satisfied, let us know immediately and we can easily adjust our coaching style to better serve your specific needs or cancel all online courses or one on one coaching services.
